Welcome to Girls Gone Mahjong. By using our website and games, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They’re written to be clear, not scary.

Using the platform

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your region) to use Girls Gone Mahjong. You agree to use the site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break it.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else is using it.

The Club & payments

• A new account includes 7 days of free access. After that period there are no free daily games, and The Club membership is required to keep playing.
• The Club is billed at the price shown at checkout and begins when you subscribe. Your first 7 free days do not require a payment method.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be billed again after that.
• You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your region (18 in most places) to purchase a membership.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes won’t affect the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds

Membership payments are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. If something went wrong with a charge, email us at hello@girlsgonemahjong.com and we’ll make it right.

Our content

The Girls Gone Mahjong name, brand, artwork, the “Girls Gone Mahjong” hand card, and all original content are ours and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may enjoy them on our platform, but please don’t copy, resell, or reproduce them without permission.

The game

Our games are for entertainment. The “Girls Gone Mahjong” card is our own original set of hands; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Mah Jongg League.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running smoothly but can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Girls Gone Mahjong is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Girls Gone Mahjong operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have that can’t be waived under the law of your home region.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here with an updated date.
